DJT was a D back then and Roy was a fixer, while he was alive, no telling what he had on just about everybody. Hoover had those kind of files when he was alive, guessing Roy had similar on the really powerful folks.

Not a fan of Michelle Obama but I have a huge liberal friend and apparently when Barry told her he was going to run for president, she lost it on him and not only asked him how much was enough, but how much dick were they going to have to take and how many bad deeds to just maybe win. Nobody gets that far with a clean slate. Not in politics (unless they end up being assasinated, unfortunately).

Pretty sure Michelle had to already turn over her law license in a case that was sealed. Could just be internet rumors but that’s why I heard she wasn’t practicing and was teaching.

Either way, no one really cares. All politicians are terrible people. Even historians are now saying Eisenhower sucked as a commander and purposely risked more men than needed to achieve glory for himself. The only good thing he did was the MIC speech before he left. Could have stopped Russia from taken Germany, but chose appeasement. More and more talks about Nixon being far better than given credit. Set up by the same CIA, HW Bush, that killed Kennedy.

I worked with Mr Jimmy in the early days of Habitat in person. I still believe he was the last true Christian POTUS and probably the most Christian in my lifetime.

Pretty sure Johnson set up the practices as a young kid some say 12 other say teens of going around and picking up the African Americans in the back of a truck and driving them to the polls because a politician made him mad.
