What does him being funny and eccentric take away from him coaching football? The guys won everywhere he’s been. Having a personality and being good at coaching football aren’t mutually exclusive

I get that it's fun and his nick name. Just dont like it because that's what rantards say. Arky you should get the pirate would love his antics. I dont want antics or personality. I want wins. If he comes in here with his Ego, not confidence which is different, then no thanks. I personally feel that is Leach. He would be worse if he fails personality wise than Chad who didn't say anything at all.

Would be happy with Leach or Kiffin either one. As far as personality goes I'd definitely prefer Leach. He reminds me of me.

He’s lost twice to fcs teams in 17 years and I’m pretty sure both happened while he was at wazzu early on when they were HORRIBLE. I think some of you are overblowing him losing to inferior competition
