We're 4-3 coming out of the tough part of the schedule. Auburn, Liberty, Ole Miss, lsu, and Mizzou left. We really should give LSU and Ole Miss both good games. Split those and win the ones we should,we're 4-1 in our last 5 and we're going into the bowl game 8-4 just like last year. The doink goes the other way and we've only got to be 3-2 in these last 5 to match last year's regular season, and a lot more people would be confident we could do that. After losing the top string and a half of our secondary and losing our starting Qb for a game and a half.

We really shouldn't be bitching

frick you harry

True, but it should have never come down to a doink attempt. We were better than A&M, and still are with KJ. We pulled the ole "let's take a dive in the barrel of beautiful titties and come out with a johnson rod in our mouth" trick.

The BYU win is a nice salve, but learning how to write a paragraph is forever.

That fumble return and doink broke us. If not for that, we might be better than 5-2

A&M still would have had plenty of time left to get into FG range if we made it, but wish we could have seen it play out

Before the season the only losses I saw was to bama and Mississippi state. Halfway through those are still the only teams that we’ve played that are actually better than us, since we gave A&M that one. Looking at it now ole miss is way better than I anticipated and are better than we are. Everyone else is either worse than us or equal (lsu.) 7-5 should be out floor this year and maybe if we can just pull one out we shouldn’t (ole miss) or win the toss up (lsu) and take care of our inferior opponents 8-4 is still on the table. That A&M loss is just gonna sting for a long time because a double digit win season should still definitely be on the table

PFF ranks KJ the #1 true dropback passer this year so far. Pretty crazy.

Spoiler alert…he’s not as bad as a QB as Arkansas message boards would like you to believe.

I was told he was a tight end who can’t hit any throws to save his life? And that the offense would really open up once Fortin got to run things at QB?

Yeah I think the truth is Sam has been holding Kendall back a lot from running the whole offense trying to play not to lose the first half of the season and he finally realized the only way we’re beating anyone from here on out is to our score them. I like sam but he’s a little too conservative at times and I’d already noticed that before this year

This message board has said he's a QB with a good deep ball that struggles going through his reads and hitting the short to intermediate routes accurately with any type of consistency, especially over the middle.

What part of that isn't true?

He just doesn’t have a touch pass, which is pretty important. His passes always seem to be for people about 1-2ft taller.

I dont see that. And if he is, its probably because he learned his lesson by being overly cavalier on some calls since his hire that backfired and cost us some wins.

Man I do, He is so absolutely fearful of what the offense will do to screw it up, until the last game imho.

How many times (mostly rightly so) have we heard his tell KB to "run the ball". But that is the first time since OM game last year that we opened it up entirely. It was a fun game to watch offensively. The defense mostly offended me
