I’m ready for some positive portal news. I doubt we get the kid from Albany as it seems he’s the highest rated edge rusher in the portal this cycle

I think most of us were just scoffing at people dismissing current players because of who recruited them. Reality is we need the players here to stay and we need to add talent and depth to the roster every year.
It's 1 step forward and 2 steps back otherwise. We have some dead weight on the roster but that's not who I see transferring right now which is concerning.

It was only 5 days ago when we capped off a 9 win season after spending a decade in the woods. Hell, we at least got 3 months in 2012 to bask in the glow of the Cotton Bowl win before getting our nuts shut in the drawer

No it wasn’t.
People here are pretty reasonable. As we sit, we all are seeing our entire starting defense leave campus.
8 of our 9 top tacklers. 10 of our 14 interceptions.
No matter how someone tries to sugar coat it and force Feral to fart rainbows, that ain’t good news.

One thing we should remember entering the portal doesn’t mean they’re gone it means they might be exploring options. St. John entered then backed out I’m interested to see sams response to all this going down
