This isn't all on the players by any means.
How is the player not grasping an offense in almost 3 months not the player? Do you honestly think that the coaches haven't pointed out their mistakes before?

Bert left Morris a flaming pile of shite in terms of talent and culture, but this is the type of bullshite that is completely on Morris and the staff. Still getting stupid penalties and just playing and coaching dumb in general.

I'm not calling for Morris to be fired, but suffice it to say that at this point he looks completely in over his head. Granted, the players aren't helping, but there's no excuse for him to be playing guys like Colton Jackson, Ramirez, Cornelius and Johnny Gibson. If we're going to be shitty, we might as well be taking our lumps with young guys as opposed to losing with dumbasses like Jackson not getting out of his stance.

Good lorn these dudes have been playing football for 15 years.

A "new" offense 11 games into the season is really that difficult to line the F up right?

A "new" offense gets you beat on a fake fair catch?

It's Little Giants out there.

There are several coaches out there that would have gotten this team to a bowl game... You can't debate that.

Morris has a ton of learning to do, but at least he's off to a good start on the recruiting front.

Okay, haven't seen a depth chart for this game...
Who is taking Pully and Curl's spots, and who is backing them up?
Take it Munson won't play either since he's announced he's leaving, who does that bring up?

Jarques McClellion and Montaric Brown at first team corner.
Joe Foucha free safety with Ramirez moving over to strong.

So Brown for Pulley and Foucha for Curl.

Second team corners Kevin Richardson and Britto Tutt.
Myles Mason and Lucas Ryder at safety.

They'll probably be able to throw effectively, but Crockett is probably begging to let him have a career day as a big 'fu' to Arkansas.

The best I can hope for is to not let Crockett go off.

Easy, super easy after the fact to voice this opinion but in 2016 we had Hammonds committed early as he blew up his junior year and chased Boyd and Whaley as the second back of the class.

Boyd went to A&M but had rumors of looking around, potentially visiting late before NSD and Devwah was always going to be an announcement at the AllAmerican game. When he picked us on ESPN it was over.

Crockett on the other hand was committed to Boise St. until the last two weeks (if not later) before signing day.

Crockett having the OL coach Elarbee he had at Missouri over Anderson really helped imo but the motivation he received by not getting an Arkansas offer couldn’t have hurt him. As far as instate players go, we’ve taken a lot in the past years that haven’t panned out so much so I question whether we take too many yearly.

TL DR: Damarea Crockett isn’t making a difference on this team or program.

Crockett was a four star that had nothing but G5 offers until Mizzou jumped in late. We took Whaley and Hammonds who were four stars also but with multiple P5 offers. It's easy to say in hindsight that we should have taken him and he'll probably go the frick off on our shitty team tomorrow, but everyone could understand why we didn't at the time.

Rivals

Hammonds and Whaley were higher 4 stars and composite four stars with better offers.

I would say so considering he talked shite on Twitter about us after last years win despite not even playing.

I am sorry. I have a personal bias since I watched the kid since he was 12 years old so I always "felt" like he was gonna be good. Of course everybody has those feelings about the kids they see come from around their hometown so it's a bias I have for bielema not taking him

gotcha rivals was only place he was a 4 star even. the whole country pretty much said whaley and hammonds were better.

they pretty much busted unfortunately...I'm not sure it was completely their fault though as they didnt get any coaching help throughout their career
