Meanwhile, Air Force is beating San Jose State 34-10 right now.

I’d make this team sit and watch this SJS vs. Air Force game, right after they get arse raped by aTm tomorrow.

Yeah comparing leach to morris is Moronic. Leach invented the offense that a large part of the nfl and college football run and has had the best seasons ever In the history of 2 different programs. Not to mention unlike morris he’s one multiple power 5 games

Freeze, Norvell, Fritz. Should be able to get one of those 3 for sure.

Apparently Les Miles knows what he is doing as they are leading Texas in Austin in the 3rd quarter

Fritz
Central Missouri, Sam Houston State, Georgia Southern, Tulane, Arkansas? Not knocking the guy, but what has anyone seen that makes one think he can get it done in the SEC?

He knows how to rebuild and that’s what we need.

1) A coach with a winning overall record.

Seems familiar. I think a lot of people hang their hat on that, but it’s a lot easier to do at Blinn, or Central Missouri, or SMU, than it is in the SEC. There needs to be something that stands out about the brand of football the guy teaches. Innovative offense, stifling defense, something. Is there anything like that with him?

Trade Freeze for Fleck and add Bill Clark and you have a perfect list.
Not only do I think we'd never touch Freeze, can he recruit well enough without bringing the NCAA to our front door?

Fleck
Fleck is booked through 2022, at 3.5 per. We would have to pay pretty big, I would guess close to 5 million per year, and I don’t see any links to recruiting down here.

No to Freeze, though I wouldn't take to my fainting couch of we ended up hiring him.
I like Fritz, but his age is a concern. He's a great coach and a winner with a proven track record, but he'll be 60 next year.
My list is as follows:
Home runs we probably can't afford
Fleck
Rhule
Home run hires we can afford
Bill Clark
Norvell
Screw it let's run the triple option
Jeff Monken

I think Norvell is probably the right guy. Should have hired him instead of Morris.
Clark’s resume’ reads pretty well, too. Either would be a huge upgrade.

not trying to hurt anyone's feelings yet...
But hearing that we still yet are planning on trying our best to keep Morris another season.
Nothing has changed, the PTB want to see what he can continue to do in recruiting and perhaps replace some assistants.
I just don't get it at all....

And this is why we will continue to be a perennial doormat

Razorback Stadium will be a ghost town after the first bad loss next year.
