Last washed up coach from A&M did so well

This is like couples who get divorced and get back together. I know a few that have worked but there are 10 fold more that lasted about a month.

It probably is the best move though with not firing Sam, until it becomes a problem.

Petrino will be interesting. However a certain O-Line coach needs to go before real improvements can be made.

This is the only hire for OC that is going to force me to follow this through the offseason. This is the least give a frick I’ve been in years…but then we go and do something like this!

frick it!! I’m in!

Noticed Gerry Bohannon in portal and a WR from aTm

I gotta tell ya man. I was about ready to drop season tix....

If we hire BP back for sure... Not gonna happen.

I remember his 1st season here. It was rough, but improvement was made all throughout the season. Next season was a Liberty, then the next was lightening in a bottle.

That 3rd season would be 12 team playoff these days for sure. I am ready to see it one way, or the other. We went from limp and listless, to a 4 hour long.... WPS!

The only way this happens is to fire Sam and hire Gus. Then keep Bobby as Co-HC. Half way there

It was frozen tundra at the Liberty Bowl.

I was at a track meet in Fayetteville and I talked to some of the football players.

I said can you get us to a warmer bowl game?

They all agreed that should be the goal.

New Orleans felt warmer a year later.

Yep, I have kept a few of those around here.

Looking forward to the ride ahead regardless. We gonna beat someone we shouldn't!

I can't wipe the grin from my face. This is the shot in the arm we needed.

Or shot in the head. Either way, it will be worth watching.

how do you view this overall with all your years of fandom?

I view it as a double edged sword.

1. I want to think that Bobby P means what he said at the LR Touchdown club meeting and proves his worth here.
2. I want to think that his scheme and ability still works, and he can get the talent.
3. I want to believe that Pittman will let him have control of the offense.

NEGATIVE
4. It answers the BP crowd either way and we quit having his name brought up ever fricking second.
5. It burns the program to the ground and we rise like a phoenix?

The one thing I'm probably worried about most is the fortitude of the players being coached by someone like Petrino. If they thought Enos was a dick to the point of quitting on him....

Gonna have to nut up to play for Petrino.

I feel like BP will insist any quitters be benched, even if he means interrupting the walk-on's viewing of "Polar Express" to bring them into the game.

I clearly had Bobby listed under the "We Back" section from the beginning.

Please do not doubt my Sauces. They are the best in the state.

Talent at skill spots is there.

We just need to build a competent offensive line.

KJ might as well transfer because Criswell will be #1 now. He’s got the arm to make the throws BP requires.
