I think it's a bit of a reach, but congrats to Kevin and hopefully he picked up a couple of extra $100ks by going in the 3rd as opposed to the 5th or later like I assumed.

Depends on the ones in front of him, but Kopps is about $500k richer today and likely $500k more than he thought he’d have at the start of the year.
Kopps is ready now, and his window isn’t very much longer. Be interesting to see how the Padres value his pick for sure.

I almost want to cry knowing that Kopps didn't win a natty and got his lone loss of the year in his last game. He didn't deserve that loss, and if anyone deserves great things in life, he does.
