Auburn isn't even good. They're going to finish 7–5. The number of times we've lost to a 7/8 win Auburn and Texas A&M is downright a statistic anomaly.

Missouri is actually good, but they were good here and there under Pinkel, too. I don't feel as bad when we lose to an actually good team.

Sam is a terrible home coach. He's actually much better on the road.

I picked Auburn to beat us but never saw the blowout coming. Whatever emotion we had following last week’s win dissipated quickly.

Yea calling them good is an overstatement.

They’re probably more average to below average, but that didn’t fit in the thread title and it wouldn’t have made my point as well.

How about Ole Miss being really good with similar talent levels and a coach we decided wasn’t worth the bidding war?

I can’t make sense of this. Play the best teams close on the road and sleep walk at home.

MSU and Auburn should have been wins but we looked like crap against both.

Jeckyl and Hyde type of crap.

I’m glad I don’t get pumped about these games anymore. I got tired of it ruining my day…or week….haha.

It feels like he relaxes too much when he's at home and actually has a little pressure and edge when he goes on the road.

Just like when they would ever get up 2-3 scores, Sam's teams imveitabley would let the other team back in it because Sam acted like the game was won in the 2nd qtr.
