Yes give someone more deserving a chance. He has been awful.

Paul needs to play more. There’s no excuse for Pool to be getting the snaps he’s getting now. He’s making horrible reads and isn’t athletic enough to compensate for it.

He makes Brooks Ellis look like Lawrence Taylor.

I’m with you. I think there’s something going on. This team hasn’t been right all year. I wonder if the transfer portal has created some divas

Pittman, even since before Missouri State has had a much different demeanor than he’s had in years past.

Bet he expected our offense and defense to be performing better.

The prospect of firing one or both of the coordinators he likes would affect him

I don’t see a real leader on this team. KJ is tough as nails, but I don’t think I’ve seen him encourage or hype anyone ever.

Good point. Grant Morgan was the leader last year. Looks like we miss his leadership

We have no leader. There’s no Grant Morgan on this team who is a badass that players respect and will listen to.

Our captains are KJ, Catalon, Pool, and Dalton Wagner. Enough said.

Catalon keeps getting injured and can’t stay on the field, so it’s pretty tough to be a voice in the locker room when you missed most of last year and all of this year.

Pool is our worst defensive player. Pretty tough to be a respected voice in the locker room when you’re watching a ton of busted plays from your arse.

KJ is a weird dude. Go watch any Hogs+ clip or interview with him. He’s just an odd cat.

He isn't a well spoken player like Catalon was.

Dude it’s Alabama they hold on just about every play. No one ever calls it. Don’t they teach you, you can get away with it if it’s inside the numbers? Well I noticed more than once they were holding by the shoulder pads and nothing.

I think the Hornsby deal is more likely an effort issue. Great athlete doesn’t mean great practice player and if he’s regressed enough there to not see the field it probably tells you what you need to know.

Odom, however has been lost for a while now. We make ZERO halftime adjustments ever. Blows my mind. And repeated play bad technique.

Which is why Pittman talking him out of the portal made no sense.

We talked him out of the portal to be a bit part role player in drive-killing gimmick packages, and to be in a competition for the QB2 spot with another portal QB.

Perhaps we should've burned more calories attempting to talk Brooks and Foucha out of the portal in order to provide some much-needed experience and depth in the back end of our defense instead of watching guys like Malik Chavis and Jayden Johnson get regularly abused.

The most underutilized player since Korliss Marshall.

Korliss didn’t even start at Eastern Illinois when he transferred.

Just like TJ Hammonds, some of our fans are obsessed with guys who have speed even if they aren’t great football players.

Korliss Marshall was not a peabrain because his brain wasn't big enough to be a pea

how is a peabrain underutilized? He was smart enough to return kicks, just like Forest Gump, and that's all

"catch the ball, run" That's all he knew

When we want to play, we can play, but it’s depressing to see the 3 quarters where we don’t, then see one where we can do whatever we rant.

it's the most Arkansas fan thing ever to assume there are problems that don't exist - it's also the most Hogville thing ever, which this forum is a first cousin to, except yall act like you're not

Pittboss is cleaning up the mess that Jerry Jones caused by mandating Chad Morris be hired. We even have "media" people who cover for Jones by swearing "that girl Cromer-Peoples hired Morris"

We're a disfunctional collection of egomaniac fricktards and Pittboss is trying to clean it up. And I'm on his side.

I'm sure the "hire Malzahn" army isn't far behind, even in this thread. I'm sure real soon it will be "hire Malzahn as AD and Rhett Lashley as HC", a circle jerk that will put "us" rivaling Aggy fagots

let's blame Pittboss as he cleans up the mess that Jerry Jones created while he was bored for a few minutes while continuing to destroy the fricking douchebag Dallas Cowboys

let's see, 131 D1 programs, so there's drama in 131 locker rooms

the idiots are the coaches who kiss up to the drama queens

Pittboss is not one of those

In almost every interview KJ does, he just rambles and throws the word "elite" in front of about 2-3 words every sentence. You can say "elite" all you want but it doesn't make you elite. He can play great at times but that's almost always against lesser competition. At least that's how it's been this year so far.

He's a 20 year old kid that makes more money than most of the "dysfunctional fricktard POS fanbase" that spends money to come out and support the team. I'm not knocking his work ethic on the field, but over at least the last two games he has not stepped up as a leader and his play has not been "elite". Has he had some elite looking plays? Yes, but he's had plenty WTF moments too. Not putting it all on him because it's been on both sides of the ball with plenty coaching blunders and the offense are the one's that gave us a chance in the 3rd. But, if you want to refer to yourself as "having an elite mindset", you have to play elite from the first snap. Not just when your backs up against the wall.
