I guarantee she is the only coach at Arkansas that can do this:

She's an extremely young coach, but you might as well roll the dice on a young and highly decorated star. She has plenty of time to grow into the job as far as experience and her past credentials should help her on the recruiting trail.

Our new gymnastics coach has more Twitter followers than our football, basketball, baseball, women’s basketball, and softball coaches...combined. Her reach on social media is going to be valuable to the program for sure. Her instagram photo last night meeting with the team is already at 54k likes. That is crazy.

Really impressed with Wieber after the presser today. It's truly amazing that she's only 23, she's very professional and mature. Her introduction speech was normal boilerplate, but when she answered questions from the press I was really surprised at how well she did. I couldn't do that shite when I was 23, I was still going to music festivals and doing acid every weekend.

I’ve thought the same. I wonder if it’s just a bit different with gymnastics though. Think about how young they start the sport. Think about her basically being at the “NFL or Super Bowl” level of her sport 9-10 years ago.

She is 23 now, which means she was a World Champion at 15 years old. Winning a gold medal a year after. She won team titles all the way back in 2009(13 yrs old). Career wise, wouldn’t it be on the same level as a 40 something head football coach, experience wise, that had won Super Bowls, etc.?

One thing is certain. Gymnasts know her name. She could be a recruiting machine. She's certainly not scared or intimidated by competition.
