Is there a piece of evidence for this besides paranoid rumors? Nick was extremely productive before his 2nd injury.
Eta: players getting paid means it's fair to criticize their playing. It's still shitty to criticize their character based off paranoia. Whether or not they make money.

His defense was clutch the last few minutes.
He hasn't been a great player, or even good this season. Injury? Stubborn? Listening to all of the accolades? IDK, but him getting benched in the ILL game was exactly what had to happen.
