That Knox guy may be a pretty good player. Otherwise, it looked to me like they tried to force the issue on the ground quite a bit and aside from one or two runs they couldn't do a damn thing. Hopeful they can make a bowl game, but don't really expect anything from them this year.

Knox is going to be huge for this team. Dude was obviously our best WR. I'm still holding out hope Koilan Jackson puts it together. He had some great moments yesterday, too.

I thought Curtis looked surprisingly good at RB. Awkward, but good. 10 for 45.

You have to think the QBs would have been more productive in a real game situation. There were a lot of scrambles that got called down which probably wouldn't have been in a real game. This group seems like they know what to do for an extra 5 yards here and there.

I like that they took shots downfield. One thing that really stood out to me was more defensive pressure. We'll see how much of that is due to the O-Line being trash.

Hicks looked lost and isn't very accurate. The former really surprises me since he's been in this offense for 5 years now.

JSJ looked pretty good no doubt it'd be his job to lose if only he had a more physical presence. He's listed at 5'10", he's 5'8" on his best day. Hicks isn't taller than 5'11" while we're at it.

My bold prediction is Hicks is 3rd string by the time we play Ole Miss.

We already see how good Knox is I feel like next season you are going to see a lot of the guys who we just signed come in and contribute immediately as freshman especially at the receiver position so we could be a lot better in the fall simply due to half the guys who are going to contribute not being on campus yet. Just a thought

Can’t remember the last time we had a receiver make a play like that, even in a spring game

A guy from the the other board who claims to be from Warren said this yesterday about Burks:

Burks should be good to go right away... ended the school year running track and lifting weights from what I heard.
