Don’t pass the buck to Schapp. This falls on Hunter! It’s one thing for us to not get golesh. It’s another for us to hire fricking silverfield. Womack would’ve been better, keeping Bobby would’ve been better, hiring gruden would’ve been better, hiring durkin would’ve been better, hiring Brian Kelly would’ve been fricking better! Hell I’d almost say hiring malzahn would be better! (Almost)

Why would it getting leaked change everything?
Bunch of folks were confident yesterday.
That just doesn’t make sense.
Makes more sense that his camp leaked it to get Auburn to commit vs waiting in Durkin or go after summrall/others.

I do not think the leak changed anything. Our AD is incompetent and Golesh probably figured that out for himself pretty quickly. Golesh didn't want to be a Hog and better opportunities came up and he jumped. Simple as that.

This ending is exactly why everyone in our fanbase knew we needed to fire Pittman last year. We are at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to choosing when your options are LSU, Florida, Auburn, Ole Miss and Arkansas. Everyone involved with keeping him one more year when we could have been the only SEC job open last year needs to go.

Hell why not look at hiring Kendal briles as head coach? Tcu went 8-4 this year. He’s not some amazing coach but he’s better than this jackass. I’m sure he’d take a head coaching job.
