That's pretty brutal. But maybe being fired by your own father causes you to totally change course and devote your life and passion into becoming the greatest OC on earth just to prove him wrong?
Which is exactly what will happen if Ferentz is hired elsewhere. Hire him at Arkansas, and he'd somehow make our offense worse than it already is

Exactly what happened according to every Iowa reporter, the person trying to be Iowa AD, she is an interim fired him. Now everyone is worried about how Kirk will respond. The last they fired one of his assistants, he gave him assistant of the year award at a banquet.

Supposedly he is a pretty damn good OL coach, the problem is when they made him an OC they turned him into QB coach too.

Pittman is gonna have to get a G5 coach. No P5 coach worth his weight is going to come work for a lame duck coach (from the outside)
