Nimrod committed to Tennessee. I have no clue why they offered that kid, if they weren’t going to let him commit.

James, 6-5, 250 pounds, of Fort Worth (Texas) Nolan Catholic, visited last summer, but because of the covid-19 pandemic and NCAA dead period he wasn’t able to interact with coaches or tour the facilities.
He attended a camp in June before making his latest trip to Fayetteville.
James has offers from Arkansas, Oklahoma State, Kansas State, Texas Tech, Utah, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Maryland, Minnesota, Arizona, Baylor and other programs.

We aren't pursuing another WR last I read.
Anthony Brown and a punter appear to be our last two from HS in this class unless a best available type wants to come.
The few remaining spots would then go to grad transfers.

I know he is a long shot but getting him would really help dampen the pain from the losses we are going to have in the secondary next year.

TE Dax Courtney tears ACL in left knee and is out for the season.
He tore his MCL in half in his right knee in week 3 of last season per RD.
It's becoming a reoccurring theme with our TE's - Outley still hasn't practiced after his knee injury last year.

The football gods are getting back at us for having a decade of good TEs. Even AJ Derby turned out well. But now our best is Kern who can only catch out of the flats and gain 8 yards.

Played a few snaps at the end of Rice I think. Saw a white boy TE with what I thought was 82. Pitt said in his press conference "we will get Hudson back" referring to the Texas game so I'm not really sure whats going on.
