In case anyone hasn't looked into them yet. I'm voting No! to all 3 of them. 2 and 3 seem particularly nasty.

Voted for 1. Our roads suck and the tax already exists anyway.

No they don't. 2 prevents lifetime terms in the State House (at least they have to drop out for 4 years before they can run again after 24 yesrs), and 3 makes sure that no outside-funded Marxist groups can enact sweeping changes, such as outrageous minimum wage that destroys small businesses, into the state constitution with realative ease.
1 is a tax that's supposed to expire anyway. That was the deal when it was passed. Even if it's defeated they'll just pass another tax in its place.
You Fayetteville Commies are something scary.

Arkansas Issue 2, the State Legislative Term Limits Amendment, is on the ballot in Arkansas as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment on November 3, 2020.
A "yes" vote supports this measure to impose term limits of twelve consecutive years for state legislators with the opportunity to return after a four-year break.
A "no" vote opposes this measure, thereby keeping the state's current 16-year lifetime term limit for state legislators.

You are very misinformed. Try actually reading from the link man.
I'm actually a Central Arkansas Trumpkin.

That guy is nuts. I view it more as taking power from the people. We need to be able to get things on the ballot the legislature chokes on. Even if a crazy marxist org gets something crazy on the ballot....it still has to be voted on.... by the people.

I’m thinking of proposing an amendment that all amendments henceforth on the ballots be written in plain English instead of the legalese fluffy word games currently used- or they at least have a plain English explanation on the ballot itself.
Like you, I read up on them before voting but it’s almost like they purposely try to make them confusing.
Speaking of voting, I did so today- done, over, kaput.

1 yay, 2 & 3 nay. Seriously the roads in Arkansas are that of a third world country. I was shocked when I noticed this the last time I was home from Europe a couple of years ago...also the litter is a major problem.

We could add all kinds of new taxes for roads and the roads would still be shite. They would actually have to be efficient with the money and not blow it on other shite....which they cant seem to do.
That's why I vote no.

Infrastructure is going to crumble if they don't start spending money on the roads instead of things like bike trails.
Benton and Washington county alone are going to be impossible to commute on in the next 10 years. Too much traffic, and city infrastructure is stuck in the 80's. Too many lights, no east to west roads that you can get anywhere fast.
In all honesty they need to build some sort of loop that takes your from 49 all the way out to the far east and west sides of our towns. if they don't things will get UGLY soon.

It’s a no for me on 3. It’s BS to just complicate the fun measures for Arkansans. I want Casinos and sports betting and taxable marijuana. I know too many people that get it shipped from CO. Keep that ish in house.

it's very simple, if you don't know what the hell it is, vote no

Yeah, we've paid a lot of money in to the state coffers for road repair/maintenance and the state hasn't got much to show for it. I'm not about to willingly hand them more.
As far as term limits, I would rather them only get two 4 hear terms and then have to leave the state legislature.

My problem with term limits... We get someone decent finally and then the Party pushes another dolt of idiocy upon us because of term limits.
We have some dolts up there right now that I know are only there as a pawn, they are truly idiots.
There should be a happy medium somewhere here.
