All signs point to Norvell w/Gragg as new AD

With the Gus news, the plane tracking, and the news of Norvell not on the Liberty Bowl conference call, by reasonable deduction, it's Norvell.
Norvell was in Orlando yesterday... Not far from Tampa... And UA plane is still in Tulsa right now. I would assume that we will all get word of Press conference in the coming hour or two for later tonight.
I'm still holding out slim hope that Lane Train was the Tampa pickup, but I'm still OK with Norvell too. I just hope he can get some big boy recruiters on staff like they were saying Gus was going to be given.
With Gragg and Norvell, the Ark. connections are now very very strong.

It won't be Norvell. If the Gus deal fell through it's because the "GOBN" lost. Which means Norvell is out too.
Better chance they picked up Charlie Strong in Tampa.

Norvell might be the man but there is a lot of information that points to him not being picked up in Tampa

If it’s Strong then you any criticism of the GOBN should be squashed. The BOT has fricked the football program for the foreseeable future.

Was Lane in Tampa?

Yes. If it's Charlie Strong it's a failure of a hire. No pretty way to wrap it. If it's Strong it was a bad decision.

How does that make sense? If the GOBN lost on Gus, because he got paid by Auburn, doesn't that mean they were in the drivers seat in the first place? They didn't suddenly lose their influence because Gus decided to stick.

Bo's sources are the BoT, this would be very intriguing if true.
Memphis AD knows how to hire FB coaches.

Do we really need another AD that's tied at the hip to a coach?

Seems like the plane was there to interview the AD of USF

We will probably hire Tom Bowen (AD at Memphis) and Philip Montgomery (Tulsa HC). May as well keep it as backwards and retarded as possible going forward.

This would be the Hog thing to do.
