30 Point Underdogs - a record?

Most Vegas houses have us as a 30pt underdog to Auburn... a line typically associated with Rent-A-Win type games.
Oklahoma is only giving up one more point to Army.
Va Tech is actually giving less points to Old Dominion.

In fact looking across Saturday's games there are only a couple with bigger spreads.
Can anyone remember a larger point-spread deficit issued by Vegas?

We were 30 point dogs to Bama just last season IIRC. This year should exceed that.

I'd be comfortable expecting us to lose by 50+ to both Alabama schools. I mean, we just got beat by 4 TDs at home to North Texas. The Razorbacks already look like they've packed it in for the season.
I really hope Morris starts playing the underclassmen more each game. Get them ready for next season and beyond.

Not trying to down play that the number but there have been many larger than that. I'm sure you would find some larger spreads in 2013.

We lose by 50.. easily. We could see the score as high as 70 to 80. I know it's sounds crazy but Gus will put the hammer down us. The big problem we have is that when Gus puts in his 3rd string players.. those players are still 50 points better than our starters. It wont matter if he tries to let off the gas or not, it's going to be a slaughter.

You guys are so dramatic, we may lose by 40 but a 50 or 60 point beat down? Come on. Our offense sucks but our defense isn’t that terrible. North Texas has a legit offense and they put up 30 and a lot of those points were from shitty field position given up by our offense throwing a pick.

Our last trip to Auburn was a 56-3 loss. We lost at home 52-20 last season. Our current team is not as good as our least two teams. Prepare your anus.

They will easily cover. The only way we score is a meaningless late TD. We WILL NOT move the ball in the 1st half.

I agree, but I think our offense is worse. If we turn the ball over and give Auburn a short field, like we did North Texas, then we will get spanked. Again. I think we will be completely overmatched and Auburn is going to hammer us. Alabama will too.
After that, we will still get beat,but hopefully we can find some offensive success to build on.
