The Joey P show ain't no joke, you could see his development coming along lately. Now the breakout game.

Ricky Council blacked out in the second half. He could have kicked the ball from the other free throw line and it would have gone in.

What does Devo do well anymore? I realize he's had his clutch moments in the past but he's been such a liability lately.

Who had Pinion and Kamani as the potential savoir of the season...

His defense and clutch shots were big tonight.

Terrible turnovers but you have to have him out there unfortunately.

Glad Pinion got that experience.

Muss now will have some faith bringing him in the game.

His confidence will continue to grow hopefully.

If they could play a whole game like they do the 2nd half, watch out. Starting to think the team skips pre-game warmups

17 TOs, 69% FT, 28% 3PT and win against a top 20 team?

Okay.

Joey Pins is going to be a legend.

Muss confirms in post game that we built offense around Smith and Brazile during the offseason. It definitely feels and looks like we did, especially during the 3-4 minutes we didn't take a shot.

I think Pinion is at least part of the answer, he gives us that 3 pt threat to help with spacing if nothing else. we need Walsh to figure out his offensive game more and ideally AB to be able to make something semi consistently.

On defense we're not nearly as disruptive as in years past and we're not closing out shooters like we did in the past yet. These are all things we'll get better at during the season though. if this improves it'll help the offense as well.

At least that's the way it feels.

That's the way it is. He won't see the floor for us again. I'm not buying the "seeing the specialist" BS. Wasted scholarship. Should've known. I would never recruit a Sylvan Hills/NLR BB player. They never pan out anyway. At least not for us or as hyped.
