Last night seemed like Muss was trying to make a point with him.

At one point when he jacked a 3 4 seconds into the shot clock with like 7 minutes in the game, Muss was IRATE

Smith looks like he'll be able to hit some 3s consistently. I like how his shot looks now compared to in high school. Shoots it with a lot of confidence.

He's really the only one that should have a full green light for 3.

Black/Brazille/Council/Walsh should take them if they're really good looks.

Devo should take them only if he's in the corner and there is no one within a mile

It pains me to say this, but I hope Muss seriously curbs Devo's minutes. He killed us offensively last night.

He will be a deep 7-8 man… he has played so much because Nick smith injury and continuity/culture…

He'd still be better to drive the ball.

Connor Vanover got a lot of playing time the last few years early in the season because he was a "safety blanket" type player. Not great. Not really even good. But he knew the system and he could do a few things.

I think Devo is playing himself into the guard version of the Vanover role.

Yeah. Pretty sure he's a friend or family member of Briles. Never seen him post about basketball before though

I mean with how bad it looked this is the most likely outcome.

Everyone ran with the TV announcers out of context last night thinking they said it wasn't long term but they just said hopefully.

It did look pretty bad

I’ll say we do have the depth to overcome it though

Yes. And was down for awhile rocking side to side in pain holding his knee + zero weight on it helped off the court.

It looked about as bad as could be really.
