Fatal flaw I made. I let a big win make me think we were on track. Completely forgetting how many times we’ve looked like we’ve turned the corner only to get my hopes crushed.
At least we have the memory of handing UK their second worst lose in Rupp history and making a 3rd straight sweet 16.
Curious to see how Muss fixes some of the glaring deficiencies this team had other than the injury bug.
All things considered we ended up about where we should have with everything that’s went on.

I don’t think I’ve seen a team play this well against us since Baylor in 2021. This team might win the whole thing.

This reminds me of season before last in football. We beat 2 ranked teams to start the season and got up to #10. Then we rolled into UGA and got outclassed in every way.

This was a game that we were just going to have to score with them, and anytime we’ve ran into a team like that since muss has been here that’s what’s happened. We’ve eventually run into somebody who are just on fire and we haven’t had the firepower yet to stay with them. It hurts when teams can just crowd the lane and dare you to Jack up 3s

Not sure but we might hit it. Not bothered by it. A sweet 16 by beating a 1 seed was an overachievement for this team. Good season but I feel a bit relieved that I won't have to watch them again.
Hope we can get a couple to come back and a few good ones to come in. Last year we had the execution but not the men, this year we had the men but not the execution. Maybe we can get both next year.

Nope. Like I said in my last post I feel relief I don't have to watch the up and down performances anymore. Melt away if you need to brother. I won't judge.
