That's who he is. He's gonna take a ton of shots if they fall great if not we're gonna need others to step up and be extra efficient.

I’ve wondered how much of the 2nd half was just Muss trying to conserve legs for tonight. We never tried to push the tempo once we got that bit lead.

I didn’t get to see the game last night but I have been saying Notae isn’t a pure shooter, he doesn’t distribute the ball well because he believes every possession is to show off his absent shot.

He does/has on occasion but we really haven't shown anyone that can stand on the perimeter and catch/shoot like Moody and is able to stretch the defense some.

I think its a big reason Notae (last night) and Lykes haven't been able to showcase their ability to get to the rim with the lane open. Lykes in particular so far.

Hopefully it's just a time thing with everyone figuring out their roles.

Lykes/Devo and Notae on the floor at the same time hasn't looked great at all. All of them kind of trying to do the same thing, last night very much so.

Toney is my favorite player after the Cincy game. What a complete badass. Tonight was the first game I’ve been able to watch and I’m really impressed with him.

Muss has got to get Notae under control. We do best when the ball gets moved around. Notae will prove me wrong on the nights he's hot, but he's going to lose us games when he's not.

He just about lost us this one throwing up trash every other trip down. Save that crap for when the shot clock is low.

Toney, Umude, Williams, and even Vanover seem much more efficient.

Been saying this since last year, he is black hole of offense and ball movement. I post that and he drops 30+. And I still point out he better have 30+ he took half the teams shots. He thinks because no one is within 6 feet of him it’s appropriate to shoot, well not when you just crossed half court and there are 27 seconds left on the shot clock.

You also need those shots on goal though. Those are critical. Notae has work to do undoubtedly but he's been better this season overall. Muss just isn't gonna tell s shooter to not shoot if he's open

You can’t say if you are standing on the hog snout with more than half the clock left it’s not a high percentage need shot?

I doubt it's the shot he wants taken there but he's also talked about how JD practices that so it's fair to take in game.

Happy with the game. That’s a decent team. Shot 34% and 17% from 3 and still win by 6.

That’s busting your butt on rebounds, shooting FTs at a nice clip and not turning it over a ton.

Toney and Williams are great. Devo seems to be figuring it out some. Team should continue to get better and better.

Toney is going to be Justin Smith this year. He was a beast on the glass last night and in the paint.

That was a spectacular second half last night. The 7-0 run to finish the game was exactly what they needed. They could have easily let that game get away, Cincy is no joke.

I'm counting on the hustle we see on the court also showing up in practice. Once we get out of our shooting funk we should boat race people with that effort.

Toney is a beast. We couldn't hit water in the ocean for the middle 40 minutes of this tourney and still came out with two wins. That's a great sign.

Muss finishes games. I have noticed that if we are within sneezing distance in the last couple of minutes of a game we tend to win. Oh, we lose some, but more often than not we own the last two minutes of a game and close the door on folks.

Before I forget, how are the studies going JC? Big sports year for you so far, Atlanta wins the World Series, Georgia is competing for a Natty, and Arkansas is actually competitive in just about every sport. That is a heck of a run for a fan.

His teams are built like that. To take charges, cause foul trouble with charges and driving the lane, and then win via free throws.his style of play comes out more and more as we go. Everything is a dunk/layup or 3pt shot at this point and very rarely do we get upside down in the fight for free throws
