Me too! Since about 1989 here. That 2011 Mavs team is the greatest feat of team basketball that I can remember. You had a back-end of his prime Dirk leading a team with zero other all-stars. Unlike Lebron, DWade, Kobe, or even Timmy D...Dirk led a team without a 2nd star.

During Mike's tenure, in a better basketball league, Huggins' teams have missed the tournament three times, but they've also been to the sweet 16 three times and made the tournament another two times. Huggins also has a final four on his résumé at that school. If that were true of Mike, I would very quickly forgive a losing rebuilding year.

This is Hunter's first test here, and may be his biggest in his entire tenure.
I would expect he thinks he can get Sampson, especially from all the chatter that came out from national guys immediately when the news hit.

I'm not as high on Musselman after watching his best team to date and senior laden team lay a massive goose egg in the first round. They looked fricking awful.

Shaka has a massive buyout and a damn good recruiting class coming in, I'd be surprised if he doesn't get another year.
