Before we blame it ALL on Fry, let's examine recruiting responsibilities. I will admit I don't know who does what positions or areas under this staff - that's why I am asking.
Does each coach have an 'area' like past staffs, where they recruit primarily in a specific region? Not just for their position? Or are coaches responsible only for their position? Is it all on Fry, or is it a failure on the recruiting staff as a whole, including the coordinator?

I know they have regions within state. I also know some have regions within texas. Im sure fry recruits his own group though along with these guys.

Exactly. Another coach may have the connection to the school or area, but a potential O Lineman is going to want to have a great relationship with his position coach. Thus, like the other position groups, Fry is heavily involved in the recruitment of his group. Regardless of areas, our receiver recruits rave about Stepp, our D Line recruits talk about Caldwell and Chavis, and our DBs talk about Mark Smith who has less experience than Fry. Fry has diarrhea shite the bed over the course of several days and is currently making a fecal angel in the sheets.

We have went 0fer. We are offering guys with no fbs offers now.
There is a dude on tardville saying mcbride has not played a snap this season for his team, and may not at all. Thus the wild switches of CBs. I don't know what he is talking about but it seems like a spin imo. No matter what its a complete failure by fry and i want him fired at season end.

In all this, let's not forget we DO have 2 Oline commits. 3 stars, but Oline. Marcus Miller could end up being Oline also. But yes, we need a couple more.

I don't know how much of a shot we have, but this is the only dude left I'm aware of that I'd be actually excited about. Lived in England, outgrew soccer, and is now an OT over here.

Going thru the commits from Fry I saw Ryan Winkel from the last class completely forgot about him. Wondering if he redshirts this year or not given the issues at OL. Haven't heard anything about him coming out of camp.

The best part is that his highest signee or commit that he was given credit for, Noah Gatlin, committed to Bert and Kurt before last year's abortion of a season.

You left out Winkel and should get credit for Silas Robinson as well since he was committed to him at SMU then they both came here.
Also using that logic by this same point in their time at Arkansas Pittman had only landed one player that ever really played in their career here. Pittman got us Skipper. Randy Shannon got us Kirkland. Pittman didn't get a commitment from anyone else that ever played meaningful snaps here until after his first season was over.
I'll wait to pass judgment on Fry until I see who he lands come signing day and how they contribute over their careers. Right now all I'm worried about is will he improve our line THIS season

We are pretty well covered in this class except OLine, which is a deficient area on the roster, so I understand everybody being concerned.
However, it's still a long way to signing day. There are linemen out there that will come to light this year as a high school senior, or JUCO.
Hope we find 2 or 3 more.

He also landed reeve koehler who did nothing his entire time here. He also landed Merrick who has done nothing and seems to have medical issues. He landed that 4 star who just retired due to medical issues (another huge blow).
