I don't want silent recruits, I want people who want to come here. It sounds dirty that way (silent recruits)

Exaxtly. Your kit really committed if its silent. If your committed your through listening to other teams and you are recruiting other players to come here.
Example: Kj jefferson is committed. Kj hill was not. frick the bs about just wanting to take visits. Nah if your still going to other schools theres at least a piece of you that isnt 100%.

I still want catalon. I would trade henry for brooks for sure, bigger impact much more quickly.

we addressed the offensive problems and added good defensive players at each level. I'm happy if this is all we sign. evrything after nwanna are just very needed cherries on top of a good class

Agreed and this never seems to pan out in our favor. However I do suppose guys that have dedicated times to announce or want to build some drama on NSD would need to be a silent commit to somebody. Odds aren't in our favor historically this is the case though.

I really don't give a crap if they are silent or not, as long as the ones we need commit to us!

Sometimes "silent commits" do change their mind, but recruits often have reasons other than "not wanting to be here" for remaining silent. For instance, Taurean Carter was a silent to Arkansas for months because he wanted to announce on his dad's birthday. Treylon Burks definitely wants to be here, but he's signing in February so his grandmother can be there.
