Obviously, everything goes nuclear. Does CKD fire Grubb on Sunday? Does Byrne fire CKD on Sunday? Something extreme will have to happen.

Losing this game is a nightmare scenario for everyone involved.

I think we survive. To be fair to us, both UGA and UT are better competition this year in the SEC. It sucks we were ill-prepared vs Tennessee cause it’s a bad look. We at least hung in there with UGA. Can give some grace for maybe the players being a bit beat up last week, but that’s still no excuse for how poor the game plan was.

I'm with you brother. I'm a believer, but my God if we lose shite is about to get UGLY. Two weeks ago we were considered one the best teams in the country & now the season could be an abject failure.

I like Kalen Deboer. I hope for his sake he wins this game because if he loses there will be no defense for him.

Even if we were somehow to finish 5-7?

Yep he is safe at a minimum through next year. They aren't going to fire him right after that extension and making the playoffs last year.

I'm sure he will be forced to fire his buddies but he won't be fired

Byrne needs to put up 80% of his salary if we have to fire these guys anytime soon.

By whom? The same people that claimed Miss St was in September? Or UF was? It seems every week a new team is considered a contender to win it all. By the same people who had Texas, A&M, OU, and Oregon pre-season top 10 and now only Texas who is currently sitting at 19 are still ranked.

We won't lose today. Today our team gets back on track in front of the home crowd.

The prevailing talking point coming out of the Georgia game was that they were the two best teams in the country. I can give you many examples if you need me too.

I dunno, I think Tennessee is gonna get bent over and shown the 50 states today and if so, I'd almost certainly chalk last week's shitshow up to the injuries being more significant than we realized. And if that's the case, I doubt we'd even beat Kentucky again.

But if they annihilate SC, I'll feel a whole lot better about last week. I just have that feeling SC is gonna embarrass them.

Again the same people and same talking points about everything else I mentioned. I know it was said as it was meant to be a rhetorical question but those saying it change with the wind on a weekly basis.

It takes a LOT of momentum for Bama to make needed changes. A loss speeds up the slow moving iceberg of change. Sometimes when you lose, you win.
