That 2018 game remains the most baffling cfb game I've ever seen. That Clemson team was plenty talented. But we had an exponentially more talented team. It wasn't even close. I was as the following senior bowl and during one of the practices I overheard the Clemson OC actually was in shock in how little we adjusted or changed any looks we had. And also just how unathletic we were on defense.

I remember that Clemson game. Everything that that could have went wrong did. We just flat melted down. If you watch Clemsons defense, it looked like they knew our plays.

They looked soft on Defense today. Couldn’t stop Wr screens, couldn’t stop the run and couldn’t get to the passer

They would look soft more often if they played more offenses with a pulse.

UT might beat them this year.

So did LSU in 2011.

I never believed that LSU team was great. They had a great defense but a putrid offense. Bama had no business losing that first game 9-6.

Solid bump.

Georgia is not nearly as good as people think.

They're a less good version of 2014 Alabama from what I've seen. Talented enough to put a beatdown on anyone. Flawed enough to lose to anyone. Defense is OK, but doesn't appear to be elite, and the passing offense runs almost entirely through one player.

Bama was left for dead after a close win on the road at Texas. No other game has been close. I don’t see UGA getting the same treatment after looking bad against Kent State and barely surviving against a bottom tier SEC opponent. UGA is good but they aren’t on some other level that everyone wants them to be.

UGA just got caught sleeping on Mizzou. We've done at bama, too.

Exactly they benefit from a weak schedule every year. If they were in the sec west they’d lose at least two to three games per year.

We might get caught sleeping against one team, but GA has had 2 back to back games.

I hope they remain at 1, but we got bumped after just 1 game where we didn’t play our best.

i wouldnt be surprised if the polls jump tosu ahead of bama this week. not because they deserve it or anything. bama's held to a different standard and they gave up 26 points yesterday. plus with the uncertainty of BY9, wouldnt be surprised at all.

Seen enough "beat everyone by 40" Alabama teams not finish the deal or have some weaknesses exposed to not hand the trophy over yet.

But yea, it's a very good looking football team.

I stand by this take

I think OSU is dangerous. However like every year it’s likely this in the top 4

Sec champ
Big 10 champ
ACC champ if only 1 loss or undefeated
By the way they are setting the polls up now PAC 12 and then look at the Big 12. If these teams in 4 fall apart. 1 loss SEC non champ.
