Didn’t realize Kansas St was 8-10. I thought they were usually decent. Wish we could have drawn somebody who would be a quality win and help our numbers.

We just need Ws at this point. An actual win over K-State would help us a lot more than a moral victory against Baylor.

It's game day, Beaches! It's pretty weird not assuming a game at Vandy will be a loss.

Also, what's with these 8pm tipoffs? I'm usually lying in bed asleep with an open book on my chest by 9:00.

I despise 8pm tip-offs during the week. And it always seems like we have many more 8’s than 6’s.

I think it's perfect. A win over a team that will hover around 90-100 in the NET. Like Robot said, a win over a team like that > a road loss to Texas Tech or West Virginia.

You think that's bad? Imagine if those tips were at 9 PM.

I have to drink a cup of coffee to make it through

Try living in EST. I already looked ahead, we only have one more tip at this time slot (@ State 2/25).

We do however have three that tip at 8:30 EST (@ Ole Miss 2/22, vs USC 2/29, vs Vandy 3/3).

Think I'm going to break out the Wimp plaid jacket and sneakily sacrificing a chicken in front of the gym.

I wouldn’t necessarily call Arson voodoo but that’s my request

Lacey was coming off knee surgery his last year at Ala and was over weight and out of shape. He got himself trimmed down before the next season he played.

re the brawl, I didn't realize the officials said there was still time on the clock so everyone was ejected except for the players still on the floor for leaving the bench (according the Bill Self in his postgame interview, front page espn.com).

So KState plays with 5 Saturday?

After watching the highlights, I'd be shocked if any K State players received additional punishment. Unless there is an automatic carryover for getting ejected, it looks like most of their team stayed pretty controlled.

Our players were controlled vs Minn a few years back and all got suspended. There was definitely still time on the clock after looking at it again.
