Right. That’s what is expected to happen with Jaykwon Walton. He has to graduate this summer or get a waver, but the NCAA will never grant a waver to anybody coming to Alabama.

Didn't he go UGA -> Shelton -> Wichita though? I don't think he'd need a special waiver. He should still be eligible for the one time waiver everyone gets.

Would take him in a heartbeat. One of the few players you could that could even be a step up from Clowney. And a mature upperclassman. Pettway do your magic!

Washington transfer Keyon Menifield will most likely end up at Louisville or Alabama, sources tell me.

However I’m told that Ohio State is a dark horse in his recruitment.

As a freshman he averaged 10 points per game on 41% shooting.

I think jQ is giving some serious thought to returning but i would expect him to prob test NBA waters first then see where it goes. =feel good RG will be back.

Menifield is legit from what I’ve seen. I’d love to have him in Crimson.

I want JQ and RG back.

So we'll be top ten next year preseason even with Clowney gone?

I hope we get Duke in the ACC deal. I'd like to go up there and see a game actually.

The shooting was bad in the tourney loss but we got shoved around a bit. We gotta get a bit stronger.

Phenom Hoops continues to bring updates with players that have entered their name into the transfer portal. Patrick O’Brien/ Phenom was able to catch up recently with Washington forward Langston Wilson, a senior that is coming off a season in which he averaged 1.7ppg, 1.9rpg, and 6.2 mpg this past season for the Huskies. This was after a season in which he played in 28 games and averaged 2.6ppg in 2021-22. Wilson entered his name into the transfer portal and mentioned that these were the schools that were showing him the hardest interest.

I’d say he was a case of looking All-World in cherry picked highlight reels but doesn’t live up to it in real life.

Well, smartass, after his name was mentioned, I watched his games. And apparently, you are if you think he's good enough to get significant minutes for Bama. Piss off.
