Again, what plagued us all season LACK OF PLAYER LEADERSHIP...You can continue blaming Nate but it's not on him. Give me Riley Norris over half these guys if not all anyday.

No, not at all. If he has the right players his system will win because it's a good and efficient system.
But if a team can stop it and get us out of sync.....we don't have a plan B.

I don't think the players know what the hell is going on.

That’s a pretty hot take that isn’t completely far off, but also isn’t completely true.
Somethings do need adjustments and we don’t adjust, but who on this roster can he really use for certain adjustments when the area they’re a plus in for the adjustment is negated in something on the other end or a liability in other areas?
All in all, he needs to remold this roster this off season, and I think you’ll see a lot of roster turnover (because we are good at turnovers), and see maybe 1-2 guys we thought to be back next year maybe asked to take a different route or told their playing time is going to drastically drop if they do indeed stick around

Keon will be the only one missed. Gary & Miles better get ready this off-season because it's bout to get ugly. I would bring in guys who want to play DEFENSE. Step on some guys toes and force them out.

Definitely, not a perfect comparison.
And I didn't mean it as some sort of terrible slam. Gus had good teams with rosters that fit what he did.

I would not be upset to see Charlie Henry move on this offseason. Doesn't really recruit and he's responsible for our "defense". So what exactly is he bringing to the table?
