Closing out a new construction house next week. Total escrow will be $7,600.
If it was me, I would pull the flooring up and saturate the subfloor a few times with whatever odor removing cleaner you choose and then open the windows and let it air out for a couple days. If that doesn’t work then you could use oil based killz and put a few coats of it on the subfloor.

I had a similar situation and the flooring guy suggested sprinkling the powdered pet baking soda on the floor before putting new flooring down.
About to close on a new house and the day before the hard freeze, one of the builders subs turned the water on and the irrigation ran freezing all sod and plants solid.

The sod was laid a few weeks ago and the plants maybe a month ago. What are the chances the builder has killed all my sod and plants?
Damn, apparently my coffee isn’t working this morning. But the point still stands, with the increase in population and athletes then the number is bound to increase.
Considering the population of this country has more than doubled since 1950 and you have more kids playing sports than ever and that will give you the increase. I’m sure the reporting in 1950 is far from accurate also.

I’d say it’s actually gone down all things considered. So I doubt the clot shot had anything to do with what you have posted.

re: Cafe Appliances

In the process of building a house and after talking to multiple appliance sales guys about the cafe line, the only difference between the cafe line and base GE models is the trim packages. So unless you want to pay extra for a different color or have different colored knobs, I would save the cash and just get the base models because the guts of the appliance are the same.
We love our small goverment Republicans don't we folks?
Looking at purchasing bowl game tickets for the Auburn game. Are the smaller bowl games similar to march madness, where you can buy a cheaper ticket, but can take a better seat because most of the seats are empty?
Abortion is unethical until the kid is 18 and lived a life of crime while costing taxpayers thousands over his lifetime.

re: Water heater. New or repair.

If it’s as old as you say it is I would go ahead and replace it because eventually the tank will rust out and you will have a bigger leak to deal with. $2000 seems excessive, but without seeing pictures of how it’s set up it’s hard to say. In some of my rentals the hot water heaters are located in the kitchen underneath the countertop and are surrounded by the cabinets but I’ve changed them out no problem.
It’s been my experience that the people who constantly post about their sobriety are infact not sober.
It’s obvious these people are mentally deranged. When do the masses finally get fed up with their shite? fricking freaks.
Family of 4 paid close to $50 with tip. You can barely get a meal for 4 at mcdonalds for that same price these days.
That team could’ve made a run if Mitchell wasn’t a dumbass.
The days of fridges lasting 10+ years are over. I’ve had multiple $700 fridges go out in my rentals in under 5 years. I had one that was a year old that sprung a refrigerant and had to be tossed.
Not in Huntsville Alabama. Just had a 3/2 shack in a rougher part of town get flipped for $180000. 5 years ago someone may have paid 35k for it as is. fricking ridiculous.
