Wow…A&M gets the offensive rebound they needed after a missed FT and then missed the game tying putback.

Nice win for the ladies. A little too late on the season but glad they haven’t quit.

Wonder if any of the Football guys could come in and bring some toughness. I know, I haven’t seen them but it’d be nice to have them get some minutes.

Unless we only have 5 guys available to play and the football guys are apart of the 5, that’s the only reason I’d want to see them playing valuable minutes.
Haven’t practiced with the team hardly, not better than our guards we have playing right now, and no offense but they’re football players first for a reason. Great athletes and fball players but that doesn’t just mean it will be the same for bball at all.

We are 5…not 6. Although I wouldn’t mind being 6 tho(I think top 4 is out of reach). We would avoid Barn until Sunday.

An Alabama-Auburn SEC title game would be what finally kills me

I think 3-1 is realistic the rest of the way.

Teamrankings projects Bama to make the NCAAT at just 17W. I'd guess you guys finish 3-1 too which means you should be safely in the tournament.
Congrats on another likely tournament berth amigos

Look at how much stronger our schedule is than everybody else.
20 wins against that schedule is a great season
Posted on 2/21/22 at 9:31 am to mistaken4193
Imagine where we'd be if we had also beaten the teams that were seen as definite wins on the schedule.

If we had just taken care of business against Iona, Memphis, Mizzou, and UGA we'd probably be in a position to grab another 2 seed with a strong finish to the regular season + respectable SECT showing.

Yea......this just isn't that kind of team. The only game that still pisses me off is Georgia. That is an embarrassment.

Oh I agree completely. I'm just saying that if we had won a few games we had no business winning by only a narrow margin, much less actually losing, we'd already have 20+ wins and be competing for a really favorable seeding.
We don't have the consistent presence in the lineup that you need to elevate your floor beyond losing those kind of games though. We had that last year with Herb, but this year our most consistent performer is Shack. If a guy like Shack is your team's model of consistency you're going to lose a bunch of games you have no business losing.
