I mean….make the tournament as a 5 or 6 seed and try to get to 2nd weekend. If we do that it is a successful season and then Nate will rebuild this team with the portal.

The team just has no identity. They play to the level of competition. Can't really feel good about any game going in because the opponent will dictate tempo.Not really fun to watch cause you set all butt puckered waiting for wtf moments to happen.

Seems a bit harsh after losing at Rupp to a top 15 KY team. Let’s see how we close the regular season. If we win out at home, that’s acceptable. Steal one at Vandy or LSU, that’s a pretty good close and we should feel decent about how the team is playing going into tournament time.
The earlier comment regarding Primo and Burnett can’t be understated. With as hard of a worker as Primo was, the shooting and defense that those 2 would have brought to this team would have us a top 10 team in my opinion (not to mention a 6-6 hustle rebounder in the mix).

It's been a frustrating team but they're an upper half seed that clinched an NCAA bid in mid-February. We've done that once since like 2005 (last year).

We don't need to hire defensive coaches...what we do need is guys who hate losing. Like there's not one guy on this team who will play with one arm or a dislocated elbow. The only one who might is Rojas. You need guys who cares about winning and one's who will do whatever it takes to WIN.

Petty use to fight guys or wanted to. I love players like that because that's the yard I come from so to speak. If I'm giving MAX EFFORT and your not then me and you bout to have words or exchange fists.

The one thing that I’ve noticed we are EASILY the worst at defensively outside of rebounding, is switching off screens.
If someone gets screened, I’ve never seen so much confusion from guards up top in my life. 99% of the time both follow ball and the screener is wide open, or vice versa and neither follow ball.

If we can win 3 of the last 4, with as up and down and frustrating as this season has been, that would be more than likely a 6 seed at worst. Who knows what we’d do in the tourney but overall that’d still be a successful season.

Bamafan…..I know we have a lot of Gumps in or near Nashville. We need to get as many in there as we can Tuesday. At least get it to where it feels like Neutral site
