You probably can’t now due to Ellis and Miles being out, but I’ve never understood why Oats doesn’t press more with the athleticism the team has. They’re not great in the half court but thrive when causing chaos. Yeah you’ll give up some free ones, but with their speed they’re going to get a solid number of TO’s.

Johnson is sort of a mini-Rojas. Great effort, does some good things defensively, absolutely no conscience. He’s open, it’s going up.

The team is pretty much all Shack and Keon recently.

So…last year seems to indicate Alabama basketball isn’t actually cursed. This year, I’m starting to rethink it.

We tried it some earlier in the year and it was the single worst press I've ever seen in my life.
It's just a very low defensive IQ group of guys. Makes is really hard to do much of anything complex.

If anyone wants to know how bad it is, we have a walk on playing significant minutes the last 2 games.
