As weird as it is to say for a team that was a 2-seed and won the SEC double, last year's team may STILL have been underrated in setting expectations for this season.

This being based on the surprises we have already seen from Herb and Primo at the next level.

I'm glad somebody is, because I damn sure ain't! That 7 ft. transfer is gonna destroy us in the paint if we can't get him in QUICK foul trouble.
I despise them and their coach, but right now they're probably one of the 1-3 best teams in the country....it is what it is. ?

Based on what exactly? The LSU game? They have the makeup of a great team with some major star power, but their LSU win is the only impressive win on their resume to date. And that was a home game against a team that is still a pretty big unknown.

I mean they beat Loyola on a neutral court.

Saint Louis, Murray State, and UCF are all solid wins too

One of only two teams in the nation to have not played a Q4 opponent

That ends Saturday thanks to the program that was supposed to improve the conference's basketball reputation.

Ladies shat the bed tonight in Coleman. Miss State down 5 players and lost their point guard for a while in the 3rd and 4th and still take the W. Close to 2 dozen turnovers most leading to easy baskets for the dawgs. U-g-l-y.

If anyone is selling/giving away tickets to the Auburn game, message me on twitter @BamaHoopsSZN. Got some people needing tickets.

What are the prices going for currently? If someone is willing to pay enough, I’ll sell my pair

We are never going anywhere with women's basketball, unfortunately.

If that LaTech big man wants to enter the portal this offseason…I know I would gladly take him. Hopefully Oats and Hodgson would too

We will probably get big men from the portal every year. Oats loves a shooting 4 from the portal.

Yeah it's a Q4 game. Barely, but it is. I really wish we could just kick Mizzou out. Especially considering we're bringing in Texas and OU. They bring absolutely nothing to the table. Worst athletics department in the entire conference by far. And you just know they and UGA are going to pull off a couple of late season upsets and frick the conference out of a bid.

Their RPI and NET is so bad that it might actually get a boost by simply playing a quality opponent Saturday

They were a meh addition that made sense at the time. They were brought in to open up the STL and KC markets, bolster basketball, and provide average football. I bet they did add a fair amount of tv sets and eyeballs and would love to read a report on that. But yea, they have woefully failed to live up in basketball

I know you guys are confident in a win against them, but remember this is basketball in the SEC. We could play a high school team on the road and i wouldn't be confident

Our opponents record is 128-39, far and away the best in the country. (76.6%)

Ohio St 2nd at 98-42 (70%)

There's zero benefit playing bad teams. It's better to lose. Good job by Oats putting that together.
