Anyone heard an update on Bediako?

He also appears a time or two in back half of this short video - first part is team boarding the plane and second half is of them practicing in Knoxville

Yeah that's something I don't understand. We've stopped eating at Coleman altogether.

Unless you are a student, you are in the arena less than 3 hours. Absolutely no reason to buy overpriced mediocre food.

Those are cool charts. I think that bright red square near the free throw line is almost all due to that dude in the South Dakota State game who could not miss on fadeaways from that area.

It also seemed like Gonzaga was shooting (and making) a ton of jumpers from the FT line.

They also hit a ton of floaters in the areas of those red squares to the right of the lane (and a couple at the FT line) at an absolutely insane clip.

The Athletic did a story on “The 20 men and women that will define men’s college hoops for the next 20 years” and Oats is #7.

There's a rumor on tidefans that he ate sushi for lunch. Tennessee is fricked.

Our shot chart reminds me of the Oklahoma game, where almost everything was a made layup on the right side of the key.

7. Nate Oats, Alabama head coach
Oats’ rejuvenation of the Crimson Tide is nothing shy of a marvel. Considering the endless resources Alabama athletics has at its disposal — including a new state-of-the-art NIL hub and plans for a new arena — it’s still perhaps only the tip of the iceberg for the force that Alabama basketball can become. Athletic director Greg Byrne wisely signed his coach to a six-year extension, which doesn’t necessarily mean Oats’ name won’t percolate in the next few cycles of the coaching carousel, but it makes it more expensive to consider him.

here's a link to the Athletic article, without a paywall.

And yes, Archive.Ph works for any paywall article. I've never seen it fail.
