Stackhouse letting them twist in the wind must have gotten their attention.

Looking at their schedule…Vandy can win out.

Auburn is beating the crap out of Mizzou.

That's an understatement.
I would have guessed Auburn was fixing to implode after our loss on Saturday.

Well, the Barn played like a desperate team tonight while Mizzou played like a team that just came off a massive win

Wouldn't help them make the tournament but it would probably move our win at Memorial Funhouse to borderline Q1 territory.

According to Torvik if they won out in the regular season they would go into the SEC tournament in the First 4 out.

Some teams get worse as the seasons wears on.
Vandy's playing their best ball.
They'll get AU in Nashville on Saturday night.

They’d still have to win the SECT to get in most likely.

First: Nate Oats ain't going nowhere so quit trying to think or speak for him.

He can win here and get paid butt loads of money.

Second: Mizzou is playing just like they have been all season. Sporadic offensively and terrible defensively.

Good for them. I respect Stackhouse and I think he’s a solid coach. He’s actually in it for the players...unlike another famous former player who happens to be a CFB coach currently.

I don't see that from all we've read and heard, but that doesn't mean it isn't simmering inside him somewhere. But it isn't worth worrying about because it's an outside factor that Alabama can't do anything about.

yeah well we need to start delivering on his wish list.....at or near the top is the arena

Mizzou stayed on the road from Friday through today, had a road game on Saturday and one tonight. Is that something teams do regularly?

I wonder if that had anything to do with them playing so crappy tonight.

Just to play Devils advocate, if he was ranked #1 at kentucky and went out to a local restaurant for a hey coach type segment, there would be a lot more than 3 or 4 fans there like there were last night at Baumhowers

He would be treated like rockstar at a Bball school, similarly to how Saban is treated here

The truth. But that's the way football coaches are to most basketball coaches everywhere. Maybe to different degrees, though.
Don't know of too many places where the basketball coach would garner more attention, regardless.
Lexington, Ky; Lawrence, KS; Gonzaga, WA are just a few I can think of. Other schools that have basketball only, such as Villanova, are in such large metro areas, college ball is considered an afterthought.

Been discussed a lot, but I’ll repeat that Nate’s likely not going anywhere for about 6-7 years due to family. After that, probably the NBA is the only thing that can take him from us.

On the Pringle vs Chuck debate, thankful to have both but Chuck is the better overall player on both ends. Pringle has more of a dawg mentality and wants to tear the goal down every time he touches the ball, but Chuck’s got more intangibles. That said, the 2 guys that crash the glass on offense the hardest are Pringle and Griffen (with Miller a close 3rd). Even if Griffen or Pringle are at the 3 point line when the shot goes up (Pringle due to setting a screen), they always crash super hard and get to more balls then you’d expect. Great motors and great instincts…one of the many things I LOVE on this Valentine’s Day (insert smiling emoji here…haven’t figured out how to do that and despite technically being a Millennial, I hate technology)

Oklahoma may finally get their first win since they throttled us a few weeks ago.
Up 10, second half, against #12 K State.

Tomorrow night will be a big test. The last time people were talking about us being the best team in the country we went on the road and lost by 26 to a team a lot worse than Tennessee.
