The northwestern game has gotten very interesting. Purdue looks so uncomfortable against the ball pressure.

Forcing Purdue's guards to the forefront is definitely the key to beating them.

The crowd noise yesterday was insane!!! Louder than I've heard at the Coleman. Only time there was silence was when AU was shooting free throws. Otherwise it was very loud.

Picking them up full court with just token pressure started rattling them. It’s something I’d like to see us do a little bit of like we did to Florida.

We are probably gonna be ranked #1 tommorow…..on Feb 13. I love Nate Oats

Northwestern just made Purdue look basic ASF!

Replay on ESPNU…it’s just so beautiful watching this #1 team play. Just kept battling and staying calm in the hornets nest.

Crazy fact about Northwestern, they have only made the NCAA tournament once in their programs history.
Make that 2

They are helping Auburn out tremendously.

I just rewatched the last 5 minutes and when Oats apologized for us dunking Pearl clearly said "No, we were still guarding, don't worry about it" and Nate patted him on the chest/shoulder
They seem to get along well enough. Only coach I know Oats hates is the Pear. They probably see it as a fun rivalry game, where both can have the fan bases riled up, and can have fun with some friendly shite talking, which they both like to do.

My favorite part about Brandon Miller is that he's a hardcore Bammer from birth like all of us.

Maybe I’m just down on the times, but who is “the Pear”? Assuming either Muss or the former Will Wade?

Will wade, he is shaped like a pear.lol

I think Houston will be ranked 1 in the AP but Purdue losing 2 out of 3 like they have may be enough for us to jump them as the top overall seed. Wont surprise me if they stay the top seed either, neither loss is a “bad” one:

Purdue lost to unranked Northwestern, who will probably be ranked come Monday. BAMA beat Houston in their gym earlier this season.
If BAMA wins out, Purdue drops another, say in the Big10 tournament, and BAMA wins the SECT, is BAMA the #1 overall seed going into March madness??
Houston hasn't played since 08 Feb and won't play again until 16 Feb. Must be nice to have such a long vacation.
BAMA will be #1 on Monday.
