Does Tennessee go on the road at Auburn and win ? Tennessee is a very different team on the road. It's going to be tough for them to win at Auburn. We'll see how they do without Ziegler but that appears to be a tough injury for them to overcome ultimately as they go into the NCAA tournament.

If they lose to OM at home I think their bubble bursts. That'd be a Q4 loss wouldn't it?
Yea that's a scenario where you probably almost would rather be playing somebody good. Ole Miss is awful and it's at home, but yea if you lose that game everything changes.

I thought the altercation was nothing to be honest with you. I mean what do people expect for it not too get a little chippy with what's on the line? JQ thru the ball off Broome's elbow and gave him a look and then one of their guards just came in talking crap and put his hands on Q while he was attempting to leave. The play JQ made was phenomenal and I think Rylan wanted to celebrate it with JQ. It never got out of hand so I thought they should of just brought the coaches together and told them that if it happens again we giving out technicals and ejections.
The refs let it get too far with the grabbing of JQ so I felt like they should of took some accountability and said look it was our bad it got like that so we are just going give both teams a warning.
Rules are rules though and I understand why they was ejected.

Missouri almost shite themselves last night. They lose that game and they're right down on that scary line. If they just beat Ole Miss on Saturday at home they should be pretty comfortably in. But they can't frick around.
In a slightly related note, if Vandy didn’t inexplicably lose to LSU last week they’d have a real shot. They’re going to finish no worse than 6th in the conference and could end up as high as 3rd.

Encouraging and discouraging. It shows we’re capable but the shooting woes just can’t continue in the tournament if we want to make a deep run. We will be playing an opponent capable of beating a cold shooting Alabama on March 18th- which would be an epic collapse regardless of all we’ve accomplished to this point. It’s college basketball and you are judged in March

I'm just glad we aren't on bubble watch every year anymore. It's much more relaxing to have detached conversations about other teams who are on the bubble.

Oh if Vandy won that LSU game they ae squarely on the bubble right now. Even with the early season losses.

Yep. If they hadn't fricked that up their game with State this Saturday would have some play-in game energy. But shitting the bed against a handful of dreadful opponents every year to not even get on the bubble pretty much sums up Stackhouse’s Vandy tenure.

Although I obviously hope Alabama gets out of the shooting funk just in time for tournament ball, this is a bit comforting. This team can overcome poor shooting and a hot shooting opponent with paint points, second chance points, good free throw shooting and good defense. We have several paths to victory each game. Been a long time since I've felt like Alabama is one of those teams that can figure out a way to win big games rather than one of those teams that can win big games IF everything goes right.

It depends on where Auburn is post-Bama. Tennessee went 0 for February on the road and now they’ve lost Ziegler. If Auburn’s head is on straight it’s a game they should win.

Concessions on our end ran out of food as the game started.
Absurd.
I mean it's almost embarrassing. I got two dogs before the game started, no ketchup, mustard packs or napkins. Unreal.

That's pathetic. There is too much money and too many well paid people running an organization of that size to ever have high school event type stuff like that happen (and even worse that it happens consistently).

They probably thought based on the prices they charge there's no way people would buy it up like that. After last night, they'll probably raise concession prices for next year.

Quinnerly putting it on the deck and driving to the basket was incredible to see the past two games. He looks like his old self. Hopefully that trend continues. We definitely need to get out of the three point shooting funk. It nearly cost us big last night. Noah Clowney was really off as is Burnett. They can't buy a three right now.

man it really feels like that to me too, and then I go look and he was 7-11 from the field. I still think he's playing through an injury.
