should be way more than 1 game. Dude barely plays, shut him down for the year. He's hurt anyway.

But we’ll be a 4 by the time it’s said and done.

Not a knock, just an observation.

I’d bet we’ll be a 2 or a 3. I’d rather be a 2.

I couldn’t be happier. It is thrilling to see our players do well. Estrada had a super game. He has wonderful skills. 2 of the 3 I mentioned really stepped up and we pulled the W.

Apparently Wague only played about 32 minutes in 7 games, from the time he tried to stomp Broome's hand until the current incident. Which is basically what Sears plays every night.

He went from looking like our best frontcourt player early on, to barely playing. I know he was injured for a few. But I'm not sure that's been the case for the last month. I know Pringle has had a couple issues. But I'm wondering what we haven't heard. Something definitely has seemed off with him.

I don't know if it's the injury that sidelined him for a bit or what, but he looks like the game is being played way to fast for him right now when I watch him.

For what it's worth, Pringle certainly has some shortcomings, but I would like to say one thing that Pringle does which he does not receive a lot of credit for. He is excellent at hedging ball screens defensively. He seems to take a lot of pride in it as well which fires me up. He will occasionally overplay it a little and not recover in time to get back to his man, but countless times in the past few games I have seen Pringle force the guard back 5-6 feet off the initial screen with great body control as well. I have noticed this is an extensive weakness for Wague as he often times just slams into the guard like a bull.

I think his minute decrease all coincides with the injury plus inability to literally do anything without fouling. I want to say when his foot injury flared up again that Oats said he wouldn’t be able to practice the remainder of the year.

Herb Jones is killing it for the Pelicans. Best second round draft pick in the history of the franchise. :roll

Tide is 40-113 vs Kentucky.
10-56 on the road.
Won 4 of the last 10 and 1 in a row and split the last 2 on the road.

He's probably the most valuable player on the Pelicans. His three point shooting is not only significantly improved since Bama, but the last few months he's hitting at one of the highest rates in the league.

And he put Jabari Smith on a poster last night, too. Will always be my favorite Bama basketball player.

Also the Hornets made some really smart acquisitions so now Miller isn't playing with a bunch of losers. They've won 4 in a row.

His eFG% this year just a hair under 60%. That's absolutely fantastic for a guy who is also one of the best wing defenders in the league. I mean even if he was just not a negative on offense he'd get plenty of minutes because of how much of a defensive menace he is, but Herb is looking closer to the next Kawhi/Jimmy Butler than a defensive specialist right now. He probably won't ever get there because I don't think he's ever going to consistently create for himself at that level, but at worst he's going to be a fixture in the starting lineups of a lot of good teams. That's a much, much better career than the overwhelming majority of guys who have played this game and I could not be happier for our man.

His 3 point shooting has progressed tremendously. He has really worked on it an improved. Worked hard on it. Now if we could get Zion to get a little bit better we'd be in the top 3 of the Western Conference. Herb is our best player by a mile.
