Shitty effort defensively and on the glass after the exact opposite Saturday.

This was their Super Bowl, though, so need to flush it and move on to LSU. That’s going to be a tough game on the road.

It doesn't matter, because we didn't deserve to win it, but Auburn missed 10 FTs and still shot 80% from the line. Not sure I've ever seen that before. 40 points at the FT line.

With how much of a deficit we have in post presence, there's no chance we win a game that's called that way at Auburn.

Yep. We got 8 games left and are tied atop the SEC standings. Anything can happen. A strong regular season finish gives us a better seed and a better chance to make a run

Fortunately we’ve responded pretty well after getting beat down under Oats. Auburn may be on upset alert Saturday after spending a season’s worth of energy to split with their rival.

Update: I have certainly had better times.

Winning there when they are good is currently one of the hardest Ws to get in basketball. On to the next one. All goals still in front of us and very much attainable.

Yep - can't let tonight beat us twice. We could go to Baton Rouge and lose if we don't show up. Gotta win that one then get home for 2 winnable games.

Kind of random but very impressive.

Izzy Higginbottom plays for arkansas state. WBB
From my high school.

#7 in the country scoring, went 19/20 from the ft line today. Last two games she is 33/34 from the ft line. 97%. Last season she finished 92% at the line.

Absolutely insane.

Hopefully, I don't jinx her.

over the past 6 games is 57/58 from the ft line. 98%
For the season 92.5%

We need a juco postman. Our team is always soft against physical teams. We need Chris Hines or Donta hall type rebounder. We really should’ve had clowney and Bediako back. Neither were truly nba ready.

Game went about how I expected it to on the road vs a good team seeking revenge. Chuck is is right, interior play will hurt us in March

I went to the Troy vs Marshall game instead.

For the first time this season, I didn't get to watch a game.
I just looked at the records.
We thought we attempted 35 free throws, which is a lot, but the other team attempted 50 free throws.
I saw most players at every position on Bama have 4-5 fouls.
This may have meant that not all players were out on defense.
Additionally, on offense, Bama had 15 turnovers and their opponents had 5.
This means that it provided the opponent with an easy scoring opportunity.
I think the difference in points is as much as the difference in turnovers.

In the game against Auburn last month, Williams scored 7 points, but today he scored 26 points. Did this happen because our starters changed to a small lineup?

Wague played 2 minutes and recorded 3 fouls, Dioubate played 9 minutes and recorded 4 fouls, and Walters played 7 minutes and recorded 4 fouls. Was our defense poor? Or was the referee the problem?

Pringles played 14 minutes and recorded -17. Does his return to the floor actually create a bad situation?

Both big runs in the first half is what cost us the game and both of them had one constant as the catalyst; Pringle.

It isn't just this game either.

When he comes on he kills our defense and offense because he is basically a pylon cone on both ends. It cause too much stress because we can't keep up with pick and roll and ball movement on defense. Then on offense he is basically just in the way and his defender basically makes it easier for them to double us and kill our movement and passing.

I'm not basketball genius or savant but that's what I'm seeing.

I just hate we are in this situation because a kid listened to some bad advice. I wish he would have given Oats more of an idea he was considering staying in the draft so Oats could have went harder after some portal kids. Ke’lel Ware would be nice to have right now
