Very true, Arnold has been a class act and seems to have a great personality.

My close friend at work is the cousin of one of our high 4* DL. Expected #1 or 2 next year.
Kid grew up a Bama fan and is from a Bama family.
He talked to the players dad last night about the feel of the locker room and the transfers. It wasn't super positive. Not that they are disencahnted with the new staff, but many see an opportunity to make value in a free transfer via NIL. Even his son is undecided at the moment. He was blown away, as the kid has always wanted to play at Bama.
That said, these kids are seeing dollar signs. Said he'd say his son his 60-40 on not testing the waters in the portal.
It's a new age. Hopefully, the retained staff and committed players can make an impact, but it's essentially kids looking for a raise.

I would guess we’re never getting a statement if he stays. Only 3-4 guys have dropped statements that they’re staying and they’re mostly older guys like Malachi/Booker

Question. How are players from teams like South Florida entering the portal right now . I thought there was a date and then you had 5 days after your last game to enter unless a coaching change ?
