Huge win. Hard to say “season saving win” being only three games into conference, but it’s gotta be hard to start conference play getting swept.

And also nice to get a Sunday win as that has been a very rare occurrence over the past two years.

One things for sure, it will make the yard work, beer, and ribeye to follow taste so much sweeter for me today.

Enjoy your Sunday baws.

bases loaded wiht one out and UF goes with a side winder. They took an OF and had 3 IF on the right side. Zane roped a single either through the IF or over the IF but either way we scored the 1 run we needed to win the game.

I was shocked he swung at the first pitch from the side winder but it worked.

All I can say is wow. Incredible day at the Joe. Huge win for the guys and for the program. Big confidence booster to beat a top 10 team. As mentioned above - also a rare Sunday SEC win. Don’t forget that Friday’s game was within reach but ended on a double play. One hit away from possibly winning the series. Mississippi State is more vulnerable than they have been in years. Would love to steal one or two over there next weekend. First, beat UAB in Birmingham this week. One game at a time. Roll Tide!

Here’s the final play (it was much more exciting than it comes across on TV )

Let the celebration begin!
