Hold on today, what’s the best guess at what have to do in Hoover to make a regional? Probably make the championship game?

Would need a lot. Probably Sunday appearance. At this point, just win 1 at a time and hope for the best. There’s a lot of good teams in Hoover next week, but anything’s possible.

How many of our 17 conference losses could have gone either way? Seems like if we didn’t dick around half the season we could have 14-16 wins easy and firmly in a regional.
Need to win three in Hoover now IMO to feel ok about it.

Great series win for our guys. We have the exact same record going to SECT as we did last year. Two wins was enough for us last year. Any chance two wins could sneak us in this year?

No. Last year we won basically all our OOC games and the league was better.

Eh we beat their arse. They threw their regular dudes, played their regulars. We pimp slapped them.
Doesn't excuse anything else this year (makes it worse, honestly), but it was a dominant 2 of 3.

I know the season has fallen short of everyone’s expectations. But for a few short hours, under a searing Tuscaloosa sun, for the last home game, I got to experience baseball nirvana. So happy the guys put it together for their last time together at the Joe. Roll Tide!
