Defense is probably the best in the league and will have them in every game. Russell should continue to improve and with this D he doesn’t have to be Bryce Young. Just can’t beat himself like he did in the first half.

I think we’ll probably shift a bit more to being run oriented. This reminds me a bit of Milroe in 2023 where arm talent was there but he just struggled mentally.
Maybe later in the year we’ll be more air oriented (we will absolutely need it for shoot outs) but Russell clearly needs to be more comfortable.

Fam, that first half was godawful and still something to be concerned about. Don't think we've magically turned a corner after two horrendous quarters of play against a team that will be lucky to win 5 games this year.

Yep, it will eventually cost us and lead to a loss against a team we have no business losing to.

That first half was our redshirt freshman having a game on the road where everything possible went wrong.
It’s not to say we’re ready to beat UGA, but it speaks to the character of the team that after getting punched in the mouth they rolled an improved and confident Kentucky team off the field.
