1/9/12 changed that board forever and it’ll never recover

Used to be legit good conversation there, but after all the chest thumping from the LSU (and other fans) during the 2011 season and the “didn’t cross the 50 yard line” arse whippin in their backyard that followed, it’s just become an absolute shitshow. Like, literal baboon shite throwing contest.

Exactly. It was never a civil board by any means, but it was at least funny. Now it's just bitter, like comedy everywhere.

Even after that it was still decent for a while. I remember the 2012 Bama-LSU thread (I was still lurking then) to be relatively civil. 2016 was when I noticed the board going downhill and just continued to get worse afterwards. Not just the Bama obsession but shite posting and mob mentality in general. You will get a more meaningful discussion on r/cfb than you will the average topic on the rant.

Chicken doesn’t give a shite bits that’s kind of who he is. He’s a piece of shot hater as well. If this was lsu shite gets whacked with the quickness. The two guys responsible are in jail and aren’t getting out. Justice has been served and Miller has been cleared of any wrong doing.
