People pointing out we only scored 3 points in the second half.
Neglect that we only had 3 possessions because the defense couldn't get a single stop.
Kirby just bled the clock to keep the offense off the field.
Defense has no answer

The fact he had to get the player to face the coach is the story.

Damn that was great. Ha Ha's like, you turn your arse around and look your coach in the face. Take your arse chewing like a man.
Occasionally in life, we all need to face the truth and not run from it. No matter your age, you get these throughout your life.
My hope is that DeBoer keeps him and he 100% learns from it.

You don't think our DC has responsibility in this??
Can you read? I blame the DC for last night more than the blown calls.

No, no I don’t.
He’s a paid employee, getting a free education, room and board and frick tons of money, who can and will jump ship when he gets his feelings hurt… so why must I be loyal to a player on a team who is not loyal to my team when it no longer benefits him or he wants to take his “talents” elsewhere?
I will “ride” with him because I have no choice BUT I can also think he needs to held accountable for his actions monetarily or by benching him.

Well he's not a man. He's a college sophomore. I think the fact that he's getting paid for his frick ups should be held against him, but he's certainly not the first 19 year old to repeatedly frick up, know he fricked up, and not want to be reminded of it.
The bigger issue is why the adults who are in charge kept trotting him out there to get roasted because he's not physically capable of being a man corner and the other sideline knew it. Move him to safety and if he doesn't like hearing it, bedt of luck to him elsewhere.
Nobody seen this coming his freshman year. That leads me to the off-season.
I remember Kane saying he met with Saban in the off-season and Saban recommended more man coverage. I just wonder if Lee is having trouble picking up what the secondary coaches are teaching or it's the coaches are having issues implementing it. Maybe both.
I also seen him going into the tent at on point in the.
On the personal foul the Georgia player flopped and drew the flag. I think thats why he was frustrated with getting an arse chewing. It was the worse possible time for it to happen.

Offense scored 3 points the entire second half.
That’s because Georgia controlled the ball due to our defense not getting off the field.

Any Bama fan that says the ref calls didn't matter is being EXTREMELY short sighted in their thought process. Thats like watching your kid get intentionally tripped at a track meet and saying, "Oh well, it happens".

I get the blown calls, but Kane and the defense did not do us any fricking favors last night either on top of the bad calls. We had no answer for that Phillips kid and Lee's thug arse made Gunner Stockton look like John Elway last night. We will lose more games if the play continues like this. Kane lost control last night and it showed.
We held the #1 scoring offense in the country 30 points below their season average and that’s with a shitload of lucky bounces and bad calls.

Warranted, a brutal decision on top of a poor day of a sophomore slump. I don't know how you keep playing him as a coach, various reasons he needs to sit.
That said, I do hope to see Lee play championship caliber defense again for Bama. Who would've thought in 2007 after the FSU game that Marquis Johnson would be a major contributor for a NC team in 2009?

Just shows that player has never had to account for his behavior. It's just what society has become. Perhaps a nice leather timeout chair would be a nice touch.

Eddie Jackson also got roasted at CB in 2014 and was an incredible safety the following two years.

Diego who’s a poster whose judgement and technical knowledge of the game I trust says yes.
That’s what’s kept him on the field. Wouldn’t be surprised if Gibson gets some attention in practice this week if for no other reason than striking the fear of God in Lee about his PT

If tweet fails to load, click here. Alright, I know this is satire & fake news but this is the laugh I needed to get over everything. If Lee continues to be called on hopefully he can rise up from the mat and contribute.

I know people went crazy last night … in the thread that got deleted I pondered the prospect of a blanket party by his teammates … but there is no scenario where this guy is going to get kicked off the team for this. But we’re going to have to see how good DeBoer and Wommack are at administering a Bryant-style gut check.
