I read that she's a senior in high school, so she wouldn't need to transfer, just to apply to UA. She's supposed to be a really great softball player, so it would not surprise me if DeBoer looked into the strength of Bama's softball program before accepting.
ETA: I watched DeBoer's Washington intro press conference. First thing he does is thank his family and say they go everywhere together.

I’d be surprised if Kirby doesn’t jump to the NFL. All the allegations going on and the constant grind of recruiting and churn of coaches idk if I were him I’d take a gig there for a bit. It’s not like he couldn’t go back to UGA

Only way anything happens to Kirby is if the discovery becomes public record. UGA is going to fight tooth and nail to have it designated as confidential and filed under seal. Otherwise it'll settle quickly and quietly and absolutely nothing will happen to him.
Unless this woman's cell phone with all the allegedly damning evidence was provided by the school. Then they might be bigly yuge fricked with open records.
