Give me the heart and the passion of that 07 team over any of these pansy CKD teams.

I went to every game in 2007. Even with the end of season collapse you thought things were trending up..

Now not so much

Only going to get worse, with 24 team playoff coming, I believe I have seen the last championship for Bama in my lifetime 6 years ago.

They lost because they had no heart and passion. But that was Saban's first team, not his third. His third team was the reigning NC. I don't necessarily expect DeBoer's this team to replicate that, but I don't expect them to cosplay as a DuBose team either.

Get rid of DeBoer. Hire Will Stein and Pruitt for DC. Not ideal but better than the Kalen clown show.

Weirdly with all the upsets, 2007 feels very fitting

In 2007 you knew it was a first year, necessary purge of the old to bring in the new.

Now...it's just ineptitude.

Major Applewhite was only 29 years old, and his game against the illustrious John Chavis on that beautiful October morning was way better than anything Grubb has done in his tenure.

There is a real, very real chance we lose 5 games this season

Bama will lose at least 4 games every year KD is HC. Called it year 1. It would take Saban five years to lose 4 games. I miss having the GOAT on our sideline.

The days of SEC teams not losing multiple games— even top ones, is over.

That team ran out of gas in the end of the season because of depth, but you could tell they were building something.
Definitely don’t have that vibe with this team, and it’s DeBoer’s third year…
